Very Silly

I spent all day looking for a crochet hook size J to be precise. So I could work on my Blue Grey sweater out of Everyday Crochet by Doris Chan. Of course the needle was safely in the cone of yarn so it wouldn't get lost. Yes I know. Very Silly.

This book is good stuff. I want to make one of each and two of some to get my stash down to a useable amount. Plus a lot of this would be warm. Very cold office and trailer need warm sweaters.

Review of Everyday crochet.

1. Wide range of sizes.

2. Use yarns you have.

3. Very nice useable garments that don't have to break the bank.

I would totally recommend this book.

Hot damn I do have a blog.

I have been considering writing a blog again couldn't get a round to it. Now I find out I do have a blog. This is very cool.

So this knitting thing is about getting off ones butt. So I have a couple of things I would like to do so I can become a finisher a producer a maker of cool stuff, instead of a starter of questionable items.

Steps needed.
1. Buy some yarn washing stuff. Done bought a bottle of Soak today.
2. Visit website to find out how much to use, can't read instructions on bottle.
3. Wash 5lbs of useable yarn for projects.
4. Sort and ridd myself of 20% of unnecessary yarn.
5. Get knitting machines set up.
6. Get books sorted.
7. Start taking picture of stash for Ravelry.
8. Get unravelryed friends on to Ravelry.
9. Take pictures of items.
10. Make notes

Mostly have more fun. Knit and Crochet more than ever.
